• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.
• If we provide social media features with certain content, you may take such actions as are enabled by such features.

7. Booking and Cancellation

When booking a service with Line Norchard:

• All appointments must be confirmed with a deposit, the amount of which will be specified at the time of booking.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time to receive a full refund of your deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment time will forfeit the deposit.
• No-shows will be charged the full service fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to emergencies, illness, or other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide as much notice as possible.

8. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide.

9. User Contributions

The Services may contain message boards, chat rooms, personal web pages or profiles, forums, bulletin boards, reviews, and other interactive features (collectively, "Interactive Services") that allow users to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit content or materials (collectively, "User Contributions") on or through the Services.

Any User Contribution you post to the site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By providing any User Contribution on the Services, you grant us and our affiliates and service providers, and each of their and our respective licensees, successors, and assigns the right to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose to third parties any such material.

• Remove or refuse to post any User Contributions for any or no reason in our sole discretion.
• Take any action with respect to any User Contribution that we deem necessary or appropriate in our sole discretion.
• Disclose your identity or other information about you to any third party who claims that material posted by you violates their rights.
• Take appropriate legal action, including without limitation, referral to law enforcement, for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Services.
• Terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services for any or no reason, including without limitation, any violation of these Terms.

If the Services contain links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, THEIR CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SERVICES, THEIR CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

NEITHER Line Norchard NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH Line Norchard MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES.

13. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL Line Norchard, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Line Norchard, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.

16. Waiver and Severability

No waiver by Line Norchard of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Line Norchard to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Line Norchard regarding the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Services.
